This data is stored after active agreement on the Students part by selecting ‘Agree’.

3. For what purpose do we process this data?

When processing personal data, we comply with the applicable legislation.
We process the personal data for the purpose of:

Dealing with all practicalities around purchasing a membership, in order to be able to watch all the video content online, and download the files that are included in the membership. In addition Time for Yin sends a news letter to update Students about new dates for Q&A Zoom sessions, retreats (if applicable) and some articles for inspiration.

4. How do we deal with confidential information that you share with one of us?

If you are in Q&A Zoom meeting, or email correspondence with us, it is very obvious that you share personal matters with us, which are not intended for the ears or eyes of someone else.
You can count on the teacher not sharing this information with anyone else. We are all bound by an obligation of confidentiality and by the Ethco Code of Ethics.

7. Storing data

We do not store the data for any longer than necessary for the purpose of which we obtained the data, unless there is another legal obligation that requires the data to be kept for longer.

We delete inactive accounts, pending order and failed orders within two weeks. In case of cancelled orders or ended subscriptions we ask if they want to stay on the news letter list to stay updated. And we delete those also within two weeks.

We secured our site with a SSL certificate and two plugins (Wordfence and Antispam Bee) and automatically generated passwords.
